This widget is used to GET a codeExplorerGroupID to the same page; the parameter may then be used to set a session variable.
Parameters:
1) codeExplorerGroupID: string
The current codeExplorerGroupID (if any)
2) actionURL: string
The url to GET when the form is submitted
